Suleman Zahid is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP), with over 15 years of professional experience across both industry and audit firms. He is currently serving as Head of Finance at Packsol (FTMM Corrugation), a role he assumed in May 2025. Prior to this, he was associated with Renacon Pharma, another company within the Treet Group.

Before joining the Treet Group, he held senior leadership roles as Head of Finance  Ghani Ceramics Limited, Future Fashion Textile (Pvt.) Ltd., and the Tanveer Group of Companies, gaining extensive exposure to financial leadership, strategic planning, and operational finance across diverse industries.

At Packsol, he leads the finance and accounts function, including oversight of the costing department. His responsibilities include cash flow management through close coordination with sales and commercial teams, reviewing and validating job-wise and production-run costing, ensuring effective profit control, managing customer-wise profitability analysis, and leading credit control through the ERP system.

In addition, he oversees the preparation of monthly management accounts and their presentation to the CEO and COO. He is also leading the transition of FTMM into Treet Packaging Limited, including ERP implementation, and is actively involved in investment planning for the newly formed company, exploring funding options through an IPO or private equity placement.

Previously, Suleman held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Hunbul Group and was Senior Manager of Finance at Ghani Group. His extensive experience includes successfully securing financing and leading the implementation of SAP S4/HANA at Ghani Group, where he collaborated closely with consulting teams.

Suleman’s strong relationships with auditors and his comprehensive understanding of financial management processes are essential to Renacon’s strategic objectives, enabling the company to achieve both its short-term and long-term financial goals.
