Shakeel Ahmad is a senior industry leader with over 25 years of progressive experience in the packaging, corrugation, and paper manufacturing sectors. He brings deep expertise in factory erection, machine installation, production leadership, industrial performance, and operational excellence, consistently driving efficiency, reliability, and sustainable growth across complex manufacturing environments.

After completing his education in 1997, he began his professional career with Packages Limited, working in the corrugation department from August 1999 to April 2001, where he gained strong hands-on exposure to corrugation processes, production systems, and shop-floor operations.

On 3 April 2001, he joined Roshan Packages as Production In-Charge, serving until 26 August 2006. During this tenure, he played a key role in complete factory erection, machinery installation, and production management. From 2004 to 2006, he also served as Assistant Production Manager, leading initiatives that significantly improved operational reliability and productivity.

In August 2006, he joined Packaging Solutions as Assistant Production Manager, leading major machine erection and installation projects and successfully achieving commercial production startup on 1 January 2007. He later served as Head of the Packaging Solutions Paper Mill for three years, overseeing end-to-end operations and achieving the localization of imported paper grades, including Super Kraft, High Performance Kraft, and Hard Size Fluting.

Following the wind-up of the paper mill, he rejoined Packsol as Industrial Performance Manager, focusing on machine upgradation, process optimization, and industrial performance improvement, while also supporting sales and business development initiatives.

Since November 2025, he has been serving as Senior Manager – Services & Operational Excellence, leading service operations, driving operational excellence frameworks, overseeing machine upgrades, and supporting business growth through cross-functional leadership and continuous improvement.
