Azam Tariq Ghory holds an MBA from a recognized university in Lahore and brings over three decades of professional experience. He began his career in 1994 as a Management Trainee at Packages Ltd. in the Consumer Products Division (CPD), where he developed a strong professional foundation.

He joined Packaging Solutions in January 2008 and is currently serving as Senior HR & Entity Coordination Manager. In this role, he leads key human resource functions including talent management, employee relations, policy implementation, and organizational development.

In addition, he plays a pivotal role in coordinating across multiple business entities and departments, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, regulatory compliance, and overall business objectives.

With over 20 years of progressive experience in trade, Sohail has been instrumental in initiating the export of hemodialysis products from Pakistan for the first time, successfully expanding into more than 22 countries. His expertise and passion for international trade have significantly contributed to Renacon’s global presence.

Throughout his career, Sohail has traveled extensively to the Middle East and Africa for exhibitions, gaining valuable insights and experience in diverse cultural environments. Under his guidance, Renacon Pharma Limited has achieved significant milestones, including obtaining ISO and CE certifications, managing imports of machinery and raw materials, and navigating licensing and regulatory affairs both locally and internationally.
